Damavand summit in 3 days

25 to 27th July

We carry until shelter our stuff for trekking. it was in 4300m and then we rent the tent close to shelter and we slept one night in this place. Next day in the morning early at 6:00 Michael and Isabell the start to go up. I was earlier by 2 hours.
So we finished summit almost 4.5/h went up. hours.
It was a nice to hike to 5610 m.
I and Isabell we had a little bit of headache because of changing fast altitude and then everything was fine. We came down ofter hike to the nice restaurant include the name of us Adam and Hawa. we hade. the nice lunch and after that event to Koohestan cafe in Polour town.
