North West of Iran for example Ardabil it is possible to do trekking or mountain biking in summertime… About winter time you can choose Qeshm, Shiraz. Boshehr. Hormuz in and the weather will be great. If you are interested in giving a hiking tour of Damavand mountain 5671m… Better to plan in August or September, after that time it will be cold and really difficult to manage it. We have more than 8 summits higher than 4000m in Iran and if you plan to do and see all these mountains and summits you need 1 month to do them all together.
